Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 10 minutes of placing it. As we strive to provide quick service, we start preparing your food immediately, which means we only have a small window to accept cancellations. For orders that have not yet been dispatched for delivery, a full refund in the original form of payment will be issued. Please note, if the order is already on its way, we unfortunately cannot accept a cancellation. In rare cases where the product is significantly different from what was ordered or if it is not delivered within a reasonable time frame, we may offer a refund or a replacement meal.
Quality Concerns
If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of the delivery with a detailed description of the issue, including pictures where applicable. We will assess the complaint, and if we find it to be justified, a refund of the purchase price in £, or a replacement will be arranged. Non-Refundable Items
Given the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept returns. However, in the case of missing items, please inform us within 2 hours of delivery and we will ensure the missing items are sent out promptly or a refund for those items is issued.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please treat gift vouchers like cash as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Refunds Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
